SAP Technical Support Engineer (SAP Consultant)

Job Summary: 

  • We are looking for SAP Technical Support Engineer to be responsible and accountable for Consulting SAP Implementation.

  • SAP Technical Support Engineer professionals use an in-depth understanding of SAP, its database, hardware platform and operating system to conduct monitoring and troubleshooting in an effective, efficient manner.

  • Require the ability to either build or interface with cloud computing services and systems. 

Responsibilities: 

  • "SAP Technical Support Engineer (SAP Consultant) typically do the following:
  • Translate client business requirements into functional design specifications. 
  • Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems. 
  • Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards. 
  • Provide staff and users with assistance solving system related problems. "
  • Understand client requirements, provide solutions, functional specifications and configure the system accordingly.
  • Ability to configure SAP FI-CO (Finance and Controlling) and deliver work products / packages confirming to Best Practices
  • Integration Experience of the FI-CO module with other SAP modules and with external applications
  • Should have worked on various report requirements including Financial and Management Accounting
  • Develop and Build S4HANA/ Simple Finance Architecture / Build S4HANA Design / (Configure S4 HANA / Simple Finance system.)
  • Must have implemented SAP FICO, SAP S4 Hana Simple Finance, SAP HCM, SAP Success Factors, SAP MM, SAP IM, SAP SD, SAP PM, SAP EHS, SAP BI /BOBJ.
  • Expert understanding of SAP BI and Business Objects product suite
  • Planning SAP systems maintenance upgrades and patches, providing support to end users on a daily basis, installing and configuring required servers, and conducting other tasks related to day-to-day operations.

Required Qualifications: 

  • At Least 6 years of experience in SAP software design and system implementation
  • BSc / At least a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Require specific cloud computing skills / require knowledge of most cloud computing technology and provider
  • Excellent Communication & interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work as a team Member
