The UI/UX Designer will join at an exciting time and work closely with our management, development and marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all of our digital products and services.

• Design solutions for complex user requirements and needs.
• Design detailing of screens and applications
• Translate product requirements into a coherent and consistent user experience
• Create personas through user research and data
• Work closely with developers to ensure user experience quality
• Knowledge of typography, iconography, color, layout, and data visualization
• Mastery of common visual design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD or Sketch)
• Knowledge of basic front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.
• Creative ideas with problem solving mindset.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness,usability, find-ability)
• Knowledge about IOS & Android design patterns and responsive design experience.
• Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
• Develop wireframes and prototypes around users’ needs
• Implement attractive UI designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
